I got a e-mail from someone who is looking for a good home for their 12B.
Less than 100hrs on the engine and transmission. Less than 300hrs on wood main rotors. All else mid times. Ex Army trainer. Red & White paint. They have a set of floats for it too. I have some video and stills that I'm going to put up on Youtube. Give me a few days.

I'm the one with the 12B. I was wrong about the rotors - when we (myself and the other partner) bought it, we were told the blades were freshly overhauled. However, going through the logs, it appears that they were merely reconditioned, and painted. So TT is unknown.

While I could use the cash from selling it, what I would prefer is to find an instructor. I bought it in 2002 to obtain my rating. So far, I haven't had much luck finding an instructor. If anyone knows a CFI that would be interested, let me know. The helicopter is currently located at Santa Maria, CA. I live in Sonoma County (Northern CA). We're planning on bringing it to the Vertical Challenge airshow this year.
